Healthy veggie tots – perfect as snacks for BLW babies and toddlers!

1 head cauliflower, chopped
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons dried parsley
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove of minced garlic)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Chop/ grate the cauliflower into small bits.
- Dry the chopped cauliflower with kitchen paper. Transfer to a medium bowl and mix with breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, garlic, remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt, pepper, and egg, and mix until well combined.
- Divide and shape the mixture into even sized tots and transfer to a baking tray lined with baking sheet/ aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes, flipping each halfway through.
